There are many benefits of dance in primary schools, both for the physical and mental development of students. We place value in offering an inclusive experience for children and believe this is what allows them to excel!

flexibility, strength, and coordination.  Maintain healthy weight and 

reduce the risk of obesity  and related health problems.

Enables exploration of emotions and feelings . Builds self confidence and 

communication skills.

Dance classes provide a great opportunity for children to work togetherOpens up space for exploration of healthy ways to communication verbally and non-verbally. Allows for development of social skills such as teamwork, leadership and empathy

choreography sequences and make quick decisions. Movement helps improve their memory, concentration, and problem solving skills.
